Having moved to San Francisco over 6 years ago, Scotty is an accomplished Event Coordinator who has built a name for himself and his company, Sparkling or STILL in the San Francisco Bay area. Scotty has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry with a focus on vendor and client coordination.
Whether it was acting as the Director of Celebrations and Events at a celebrity chef restaurant or consulting for a number of notable restaurants in the Bay Area, Scotty has been named a Top Pro on Thumbtack two years in a row (2017 & 2018) and was selected as the featured event coordinator for a national campaign in 2018.
Having earned a degree in social and cultural anthropology from the University of Connecticut, his curiosity in learning about different cultures and his talent for making meaningful connections led him to becoming the founder/CEO of Sparkling or STILL.

In his spare time, Scotty is the father of 3 beautiful fur babies and is engaged to his soon to be husband, Chef/owner of his family friendly cafe in Redwood City. They enjoy their time together as a family in the dogpatch of San Francisco and even join forces in curating personalized events with a private chef experience at the venue of your choice!
